Fiber Packed Cobb Salad
Ingredients
2 cups spinach
½ cup carrots- shredded
1 egg- hard-boiled, chopped
1 small tomato- sliced
3 oz. low sodium turkey breast-chopped
½ avocado- sliced
1 oz. cheddar cheese- reduced fat
Method
Fill a medium sized salad bowl with the spinach leaves. Arrange the rest of the ingredients attractively on top of the salad. Serve this salad with honey mustard vinaigrette.
