Health Tip: Ginger

When the chill of evening begins to set in, consider a cup of fresh ginger tea. Ginger provides a warming sensation through out the body while at the same time reducing inflammation, decreasing nausea and helping aid digestion.
To brew the tea – place a one inch piece of organic ginger root- peeled and grated – in 2 cups of water, bring to a boil, then simmer for 5 minutes. Strain and add organic honey and fresh squeezed lemon to taste. Enjoy!
