Policies
*Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the start time of your service to ensure proper check-in.
*Seven-day advanced reservations are required. We honor 72-hour change or cancellation policy, any changes made inside that timeframe are subject to additional charges.
*We are an 18 and over facility, as minors are not permitted to use the facilities.
*Please make us aware of any allergies, sensitivities or recent surgeries.
*No outside food or beverage is allowed, per state health regulations.
Payment Information
A credit card authorization form is required to hold your reservation. Credit card will not be charged until the day of your scheduled appointment. If guests are on their own for payment, they must present credit card at check-in. To make your experience as seamless as possible, a 20% gratuity is added to all services. Spa’rty rates cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or member pricing.

Spa’rty offers do not include salon services. All provider gender preferences are a request and not a guarantee. We will do our best to accommodate when possible. For Spa’rty guests wanting multiple services or for 12 or more guests, please contact the spa directly at 702.930.2750.
