Massage FAQs


Your therapist will begin with a brief consultation to understand your goals and areas of focus. Your customized session may incorporate varying pressure, targeted techniques, and optional enhancements to maximize relaxation and relief.

For general wellness, massage is recommended once or twice per month. More frequent sessions may be beneficial for stress management, athletic recovery, or chronic tension.

If you prefer light to moderate pressure and relaxation, Swedish is ideal. For deeper muscle work and tension relief, deep tissue or sports massage may be recommended. Your therapist can guide you based on your needs.

Some mild soreness can occur after deeper therapeutic work, but it typically resolves within 24–48 hours. Staying hydrated helps support recovery.

Hydration, gentle stretching, regular movement, and consistent massage sessions help maintain lasting results.
