Appointment Policies

• To ensure your preferred treatment, time, and service provider are available, we recommend booking reservations in advance. A valid credit card is required to secure your appointment; no charges or holds will be applied at the time of booking. A government-issued photo ID is required for credit card transactions. 
• Our spa is an adults-only sanctuary, welcoming guests 18 years of age or older to receive spa services and access spa amenities. 
• For the most relaxing experience, we invite guests to arrive 30 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment to enjoy our facilities and prepare for treatment. Services begin promptly as a courtesy to all guests; late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time. 
• Robes and slippers are provided for your comfort. Professional draping is observed throughout all treatments, and guests may disrobe to their personal comfort level. 
• Should you need to modify or cancel your reservation, we kindly request a minimum of four hours’ notice for spa appointments and 24 hours’ notice for salon services. Missed appointments and cancellations outside of these timeframes will incur the full service fee. 
• To preserve the tranquil atmosphere of the spa, we ask that mobile devices remain in silent mode. Please refrain from phone conversations, video playback, or listening to audio without headphones in shared spaces. Photography or video recording of other guests is strictly prohibited. 
• For your convenience, a suggested gratuity will be added to your service total and may be adjusted at your discretion.
